We had a client bring us a recipe for homemade “Frosty Paws.” A frozen treat for your canine family members. We thank that client and will share that recipe here with you.2 cups mashed bananas (ripe) 3 tablespoons raw honey 3 tablespoons peanut butter – all natural (no sugar, no salt) 2 cups plain non-fat yogurt (no sugar) 1/2 cup ground flax seed meal
Wisk the bananas, peanut butter and flax seed meal. Blend in the yogurt and let sit for 10 minutes. Put into ice trays of your choice (make sure that it is size appropriate for your dog). Freeze. After frozen you can move them into a freezer safe container for storage.
We hope that your pet enjoys these special treats!
Please just be sure not to add ingredients unless you are 100% positive that they are non-toxic to your pet.
